Automatic responder, in other words autoresponder – shorter name, is a kind of option which is available nowadays almost in every email box. Or we can say – every email box which represents a certain level has got that option. Automatic responder is especially popular among businessmen for its positive impression which is left behind each one mail that informs the sender of a message that his or her email has been delivered properly and that its recipient will write back as soon as possible. Thanks to this the communication between the businessmen and his clients, other businessmen or workmates can be satisfying for both sites and they know that there is respect in it. What is more, the automatic responder is totally free of charge and it is widely used by other people too. Of course in some cultures of countries it seems to be more popular than in others but in those where Internet is the main source of human communication it is an obligatory device. But in fact it is possible to live without it.
