Thanks to this the client who receives the email which is a part of email advertising campaign feels that the company respects him and his needs. He may feel that the certain offer is created with having in mind his situation and interests. Personalization can be reflected in the message’s form that begins with the name of the person who receives an email. Instead of ‘Dear Client’ there is ‘Dear Tom’, for example. The potential client feels better and the possibility that he will buy something is much more bigger. He may feel that the certain product was prepared specially for him by the company. Personalization is an indirect email marketing tool and it has to influence our subconsciousness, we may be not aware of the fact that certain elements are important for us. That the certain beginning of a message may manipulate our opinion about the firm and change our view about it.
