Animals testing
Usually, what annoys me, when I have a lot of work on my computer all the advertisements attract me so that I give up and read everything instead of working. Yesterday I was working on newsletter templates, when I found something about protecting the animals used to medical tests. It is that text. Nowadays, it is generally known that animals are used in medical experiments. In fact many prompt actions against this phenomenon have been taken, but none of them succeeded. Are there really severe arguments in favour of making animals suffer such a pain? Firstly, new medicines can be tested in different ways without using animals. Development of modern medicine allows us to use a variety of methods. Cell cultures or synthetic tissues could prove new substances as well as animal testing. Sometimes it could be even more convincing. Moreover, we could never predict how human organism will react. An animal’s response can be totally different from human’s reaction. This may be a reason for undermining the results of many, unnecessary experiments. Secondly, no argument could deprive animals of their fundamental right to live.
