Do not buy him all those books informing how to achieve a success or how to became a businessman. Trust me – this brings completely different effect than motivating to further activity. The same situation is with, for example, enterprise email marketing software or mass email programs – do not try to foist on him all this equipment because you do not know what type of activity he is going to carry out. There is an enormous multiplicity of such materials on the market and they are highly specified, this is why he should decide which programs will be the best in the case of profile of his actions. Do not force him to be happy, especially if he do not want to be, by you. Even if you have a positive intentions, it can backfire on you and such person also could be discouraged to sharing his plans with you.
